A visa is required for Canadian visitors and most other nationalities. If there is a Chinese Embassy or Consulate General nearby your place, you can go and obtain your Chinese visa in person. Please note that the Chinese Embassy and Consulate Generals don’t receive any mailing-in services. If your place is far away, you can contact with us for assistance. In order to complete your application, you should provide:

1. One visa application form
2. One passport sized photo.
3. Appropriate application fee must be submitted along
4. A passport valid for 6 months beyond travel date.
5. You may need a invitation letter if your travel to China.

Visas are normally valid for three months from the date of issue, and for one month from the date of entry into China. You can extend your stay in China with the authorization of the local Public Security Bureau in China. For detailed instructions on Chinese visa application, please click here.
